One of my biggest strengths would be my organizational skills and ability to multitask. I am able to get a lot of different tasks accomplished within a certain amount of time because I am able to group tasks in a way to get them done the most efficiently. I would not say that I am a neat freak or anything, but I do believe that everything needs to be put into some type of order which allows you to plan and manage the best ways to get things completed.
I believe one of my true weaknesses would be adapting to change out of my routine. There is where I think my strength also contributes to my weakness. My organizational skills require order which means things are set and done in one particular way, so there is not much deviation and when there is some change to order it makes me a little frustrated. This can also become a problem for me when it comes to meeting new people, not to mention I am terribly shy. I had always thought that I need to work on this by stepping out of my element to meet new people and encourage changes, but after watching Buckingham's video I have apparently been going about it wrong.
